Principal of St Canice’s Primary School, Katoomba, Miriam Meaney, has written an article about her role as a teacher and Principal in the Sydney Morning Herald.

Ms Meaney, who started in the role this year, discusses what she enjoys most in the role and how the school adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“For me, my career has deepened my capacity to listen, to empathise, to be of service to others,” she writes.
